The overall purpose of the survey is to obtain thoughts about the service needs of clients who are pregnant or postpartum with substance use disorders (SUD) or risks for SUDs.
Specifically, the survey has three goals, including:
(1) documenting the collective expertise and specialized services for persons who are pregnant or postpartum across the state;
(2) describing service needs and barriers for persons who are pregnant or postpartum in Kentucky; and
(3) identifying training needs for Kentucky’s workforce to better serve clients who are pregnant or postpartum.
Participation in this anonymous, one-time survey will take 20-30 minutes.
Please only do the survey once.
